Day 6: Burning Sensation on My Abs!

Image
I wake up a bit later than usual. I slept at 11:30 pm last night and usually I wake up at 4 - 5 am. Maybe because I've been working out too much and I do feel the strain and pain in my abdominal area. Now I'm wondering if I should stop. I feel like there's a tear on my muscle. It's painful when I do my morning stretch. Being in the office today was the worst. I got a running nose and I try to install a new screen protector on my note 9 but failed miserably. I end up using my old screen protector after that. What a waste of time that was. As time goes by in the morning, my runny nose getting worst. I decided to head back to my house early and try some of those remedies that I learned from the internet to fix it. I tried that steam from hot water and it works only for a minute or two. Then I try eating spicy food but I still got the same result like the one earlier. I gave up after that and just eat 2 tablets of paracetamol and 1 tablet of flu medicine. I don't...

Day 30: Not a Good Momentum

Image
I really don't feel like going to Church today but I still went anyway. I sat at the back with this guy that I forgot his name. The whole time we were there, we're just chatting and play catch up. I'm not even paying attention to the sermon. After the Church, I was lethargic and I don't feel like doing anything. I had a running nose and it was congested. Not feeling well, I just relaxed and play PS4. Chat with the mysterious girl again. She was sick, and she told me that lots of people are checking in the clinic for the same symptom. I told her that I was healthy well at that time I don't really realized that I was slightly sick. In the evening, taking a break while watching my brothers play PS4. I decided to take one of my anti allergic pill. I thought I can fight the sleepiness but man I was wrong, slept really early that night. 8:00 pm. I'm writing this on the 31st after I felt so much better in the evening. Here a video I uploaded yesterday on my de...

Day 3: Good News?

Image
SK Maliau I feel empty waking up in the morning. I feel like I'm missing something in my life. Oh yes, that's right. I don't have my 55 inch UHD TV anymore. I miss it so much. I'm just gonna do everything that I can to get that in my life now. I'm gonna make sure that once I got it. I will take a very good care of it this time. Now let's get to the supposedly good news. I finally got asked about which school should I pick for redeployment. So I had a little discussion about it with Mr. Henry and the school I originally wanted to go is full and I had to choose among some of the worst school academically. Then after a brief consideration, I chose SK Maliau. There are people who I really like to work with. Cikgu Doloresa and Cikgu Rafie. I used to coach these two teachers and I like their work ethics. Apart from that, I visited SK Maliau a couple of months ago and I saw the place, it looks great. But I'm not gonna celebrate early because this is just a...
