Day 53: Stay In The Office


I was ready for some visitation today but nobody is going anywhere today. Well there are some others who went but not from the UPA room. If I've known that it's going to be another boring day at the office, I could've brought my PS4 with me. But today is just that, staying in the office from 8 to 5.

Day 6: Burning Sensation on My Abs!

I wake up a bit later than usual. I slept at 11:30 pm last night and usually I wake up at 4 - 5 am. Maybe because I've been working out too much and I do feel the strain and pain in my abdominal area. Now I'm wondering if I should stop. I feel like there's a tear on my muscle. It's painful when I do my morning stretch. Being in the office today was the worst. I got a running nose and I try to install a new screen protector on my note 9 but failed miserably. I end up using my old screen protector after that. What a waste of time that was. As time goes by in the morning, my runny nose getting worst. I decided to head back to my house early and try some of those remedies that I learned from the internet to fix it. I tried that steam from hot water and it works only for a minute or two. Then I try eating spicy food but I still got the same result like the one earlier. I gave up after that and just eat 2 tablets of paracetamol and 1 tablet of flu medicine. I don't...

Day 22: I Forgot Again...

Well... I was meeting someone last night. When I got back, even though I still have time, I forgot. The only thing that was in my mind was I need to relax and go to sleep. I'm writing this on the 23rd early in the morning. I don't want to procrastinate because I know I'm going to forget about the event that happens yesterday. My parents got back from Kota Kinabalu at night. Had to meet with the mysterious girl. Finally, use the 15% discount for PS games. Got my 6000 steps done early.

Day 28: Sending Off My Brother To The Bus Station

Another failed attempt of working out. I started out great but there's just so many distractions. Well not everything is going to be perfect and going according to plan. I'm just going to enjoy myself and pick my mood on working out. I'm going to be very careful about falling into one of these traps where I get too excited and made too many plans. In the end, I was exhausted and it's hard to get anything done. Note to self when I finally got posted to a school. Just take it easy, plan for one small thing at the time. Make sure I finished before moving on to the other things. Anyways, mom asked for a big loan of RM2,500 and I gave it to her with the help of my brother of course. With the all the spending that I've been doing. I don't have much. In the late evening, Melton came and took his dinner at my house.
