Day 6: Burning Sensation on My Abs!

I wake up a bit later than usual. I slept at 11:30 pm last night and usually I wake up at 4 - 5 am. Maybe because I've been working out too much and I do feel the strain and pain in my abdominal area. Now I'm wondering if I should stop. I feel like there's a tear on my muscle. It's painful when I do my morning stretch. Being in the office today was the worst. I got a running nose and I try to install a new screen protector on my note 9 but failed miserably. I end up using my old screen protector after that. What a waste of time that was. As time goes by in the morning, my runny nose getting worst. I decided to head back to my house early and try some of those remedies that I learned from the internet to fix it. I tried that steam from hot water and it works only for a minute or two. Then I try eating spicy food but I still got the same result like the one earlier. I gave up after that and just eat 2 tablets of paracetamol and 1 tablet of flu medicine. I don't...

Day 16: Slow Day, Rest Day

This is my plan for today. No. 1, rest. I'm not feeling well nor motivated to do anything. I woke up and went back to sleep until it's 10:00 am. Not gonna do any workouts today. I need to rest. Bought an extension to Just Dance for 1 year. Played The Witcher game all day long. Migrated my dad's phone date to the new one. I uploaded a video that I recorded yesterday to my YouTube channel. I ate antibiotics and paracetamol. Hopefully I'm going to be more productive tomorrow. Going to sleep early tonight. Here's the link to my new video Week 2: Memories Graveyard   See ya around.

Day 41: My Grandma Passed Away

Melvera, Melter and my dad went to Kota Kinabalu that day. I start my day really slow by just playing Diablo 3, I can actually just stop playing already because I've finished the game but I just wanted to grind more trophies. It's just one of those grinding games and I don't really have to think too much. There's not much of a skill needed. I went to Church and visited my dead grandma after that. My brother came to the house and left his daughters at my house. I play with them for a little bit but I felt tired and went back into my room. I'm just introverted, I need more time to myself. I wonder if a married life is what I really wanted? Why do I feel like I need to get married? I got nothing better to think about. Let's just leave it at that. Week 10: Mom's Birthday
